Conza is a Boston-based seasoning brand offering Sourdough Crunch, which is the first crunchy sourdough breadcrumb topping. If you use breadcrumbs or seasonings to cook, then Conza is for you!
Where do we begin!
- Conza is one of the only breadcrumbs that has no added sugar, no seed oils, no preservatives.
- Conza is made from real loaves of bread. Other crumbs are extruded like a puff or electrocuted to avoid flavorful crust and flavor.

Conza tastes like artisanal bread fresh out of the toaster. It’s toasty, savory, crunchy, bread-y, and delicious! And it’s seasoned! We have three flavors!
You should probably try all three because most customers enjoy all of our flavors. Here’s a quick description:
- Olive Oil & Sea Salt - fairly plain and mild. Just like toasted sourdough with flaky sea salt and a subtle olive oil flavor. Very simple. Great for recipes where you have a distinct seasoning and herb blend that you are adding yourself.
- Lemon Herb & Fennel - vibrant and flavorful. Tastes very fresh, with citrus notes, fennel aroma, and sweet Sicilian herbs. Delicious with every use, especially seafood, pasta, and salad.
- Classic Italian & Parmesan - classic, familiar, and popular. Features a bouquet of intense Italian herbs and spices, real parmesan, garlic, and onion. Designed for meatballs, chicken, pork, mac & cheese, and pretty much anything else!
Conza is baked and blended at a bakery in New England!

- Our 3.6oz shaker bottles have about 50-80 shakes, enough to top 15+ plates of food.
- Our 3.6oz bags can coat 2-4 lbs of meat or fish or top 15+ plates of food.
- Our 6oz bags can coat about 3-6lbs of meat or fish or top 35+ plates of food.

There are only 95mg of sodium per ½ oz (14g) serving. Each serving is about 10 shakes from our shaker. Our sodium comes mostly from flaky sea salt.

Our shelf life will be listed on the bag or shaker. Product orders on our website typically have 4-11 months of shelf life. We guarantee 4 months.
Store conza in a cool dry place. Storing in your fridge will extend the fresh flavor. Storing on your table-top will improve your dining room aesthetics.
